Located on Lake Jackson, north of Tallahassee, Florida, this land has been home to four generations of the Phipps Family.
Ayavalla is about 5,000 acres along the north shore of Lake Jackson. It consists of rolling hills, wetlands and a wide prairie near the level of the lake.
Mission
Since the 1930’s, the Phipps Family has had the honor of maintaining this beautiful property.

Cattle
At the time of this writing, Ayavalla is home to about 650 beef cattle. These cows are managed in a way that mimics the beneficial impacts of buffalo herds in the wild.
